From the dojo to the boardroom, I embody strength, leadership, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the company, I lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and client engagement. I oversee website design, and digital campaigns to position Better Total Communications as a trusted, high-end marketing agency.
Martin Pope
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, I ensure that daily operations run efficiently and align with our strategic goals. I manage and optimize internal systems using our CRM, Growth Workspace, to support seamless team collaboration and client success. In addition to overseeing operations, I coordinate scheduling for key meetings and handle video editing to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence in our work.
